Fresh NZ Cheese Dip

So delish - and with only four ingredients and two steps - it's all about the NZ cheese!

Makes a generous cup 

Ingredients

250g fresh NZ cheese choose from; labneh, ricotta, crème fraiche or cream cheese

100g NZ Blue Cheese - choose a NZ Blue Cheese that crumbles well between your fingers to give texture to the spread.

a few leaves of flat leaf parsley

2 good pinches of freshly ground black pepper or Aleppo pepper flakes

Method

Put the fresh cheese in a bowl, crumble in the blue cheese and mix with a fork.

Spread into a dish and top with a few parsley leaves and sprinkle with pepper.
