Barrys Bay Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:

1 cup dry white wine (& dash of Brandy!)

200g Gouda

200g Gruyere

200g Onawe Mature Cheddar

2 Tbsp cornflour

Nutmeg & salt to taste

Method:

Warm up the wine and slowly add the grated cheese in while stirring until melted. Mix in cornflour, nutmeg and salt while keeping warm, then it’s ready to eat! We used a fondue set but could also make in a slow cooker...delish!
