• To enter any competition promoted by NZSCA and its promotional arm Cheese Lovers NZ you must provide your email and postcode.

• You will have the opportunity to opt-out at any time.

• NZSCA accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries. NZSCA accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or misdirected prizes.

• NZSCA retains the right to exclude entries from competitions if they do not follow the terms and conditions set.

• Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no exchanges will be made.

• NZSCA competitions are open to New Zealand residents only.

• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• Board members and employees of NZSCA and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• Winners will be notified by email within seven days of the competition closing.

• If the winner does not respond within seven days of being notified the prize will be redrawn.

• If a prize is drawn twice without a winner accepting it, the prize will be voided.

• Winners agree to have their name used for NZSCA and their partners’ promotional purposes which may include the use of names and photos on websites, Facebook, Instagram, or in e-news or other outlets as specified by NZSCA and its agencies.

• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
